Collection data, custom bottlings, prices, retailers, notes and photos are processed locally. Apple handles optional iCloud sync on Apple devices; Android can include the small local database in your private Google system backup while photo masters remain excluded. Dramevo cannot access either private backup. Photo cut-out and correction run on the device; import and export files are processed there as well.

Only submitted public bottling information and, if provided, an approved cut-out photo are uploaded after express consent. Originals and private collection details are not uploaded. Unconfirmed drafts are deleted after seven days; rejected files immediately and technical decision records within 30 days. Anonymous feedback may include app, build and operating-system versions and is normally deleted within twelve months. For voluntary catalogue submissions only, the app sends a random anonymous installation identifier. The raw identifier is not retained: only a non-reversible hash is stored for no more than eight days to enforce the limit of 100 submissions per rolling 24 hours and make retries reliably idempotent. It is not linked to your identity or collection and is not used for analytics, advertising or tracking.

IONOS provides the website, temporary submission storage and email; Apple provides App Store, iCloud and operating-system services on Apple devices; Google provides Google Play, subscription processing, optional Android system backup and device services. Necessary server logs may include connection data. We use no analytics or advertising cookies. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object, and withdraw consent for the future by contacting support@dramevo.com.
